Pricing
Notarial activities are predominantly subject to a tariff set by regulations. Therefore, the fees for notarial services are the same regardless of the client, the notary, or the geographical area.
However, notaries may assist their clients with certain non-tariffed acts. They are then remunerated under a fee agreement freely negotiated with their client:
Real Estate Law
- Promise of sale: 250.00 euros excluding tax, 300.00 euros including tax,
Family Law
- Advice for drafting a will and conservation at the office: 241.05 euros excluding tax (289.26 euros including tax), plus registration in the ADSN file (11.42 euros including tax), totaling 300.68 euros including tax,
Business Law
- Drafting of SCI articles of association (without real estate downpayment): 1,500.00 euros excluding tax (1,800.00 euros including tax) including legal announcement and publication formalities,
- Transfer of shares: by discussion depending on the complexity and stakes of the file
Commercial Law
- Commercial leases: from 1 to 6 terms of rent with a minimum of 750.00 euros excluding tax, 900.00 euros including tax,
- Sale of business assets: 3% of the sale price, with a minimum of 1,500.00 euros excluding tax, 1,800.00 euros including tax,
- Assignment of leasehold (on the sale price): 1% of the sale price, with a minimum of 1,500.00 euros excluding tax, 1,800.00 euros including tax,
- Judicial assignments: on estimate with a minimum of 3,000.00 euros excluding tax, 3,600.00 euros including tax,
Miscellaneous
- Residential leases: 750.00 euros excluding tax, 900.00 euros including tax,
- Material certification of signature: 50.00 euros excluding tax, 60.00 euros including tax,
- Legal consultation: 250.00 euros excluding tax / hour, 300.00 euros including tax / hour.
